Coordinate the monthly payroll process for Germany, Spain, UK, US and Poland with our external providers
Create all employment contracts and letters and ensure they are filed in the right place
Become the owner and expert of our HR Software Personio and ensure highest data quality. You will also run regular reports from the system
Coordinate the employee onboarding process including visa and relocation process and background checks
Administer leave, sickness and fringe benefits

What we are looking for...
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in coordinating payroll through an external provider. Experience with coordinating payroll processes over several countries would be a plus
You are familiar enough with German social security, pension and tax legislation to handle upcoming questions fast and efficiently, with support from external experts if needed
You have great attention to detail whilst working fast and efficiently
You enjoy a dynamic, fun and fast paced work environment
You are absolutely trustworthy with confidential information
You are fluent in German and English (oral and written)
Solid knowledge of MS Office
