What you will do...

The Implementation Manager at Payworks is a bedrock within the organisation as they engage with all business verticals including Sales, Technical Support and Product teams to help deliver exceptional customer experiences. With time this exposure will help you to identify and execute improvements on our current processes. Additionally, it will enable you to become a technical thought leader and go-to person for your Sales and Product colleagues. 

As an Implementation Manager you will be defining Payworks’ future and you can expect to be: 

  • The technical interface between our clients and Payworks

  • Fundamental to the implementation experience by working with our clients to:

    • Manage the overall merchant rollouts

    • Collect technical requirements for projects

    • Coordinate with the Product team to deliver new features

    • Guide our clients through the implementation of Payworks solutions

    • Enable clients to deploy the joint solution successfully

What we are looking for...

  • You possess the ability to work in an interdisciplinary role consisting of technical support, project management, and account management.

  • You are a natural relationship builder, who can manage both technical and  business conversations with clients and prospects.

  • You have a strong grasp of technical concepts related to software development. Knowledge of basic Programming skills for platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows are preferred but can also be learned on the job.

  • You are comfortable presenting  technical solutions to board-level decision makers.

  • You have a University Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent.

  • You are willing to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
