At Payworks we are changing the Payments industry, and are always looking for talented and motivated people who want to join us in this effort. To help us in this task, we are hiring an intern who will contribute to our rapid growth by attracting and finding the best people worldwide. As an intern at Payworks’ HR team you will be responsible for:
Pre-screening applications for tech and non-tech positions
Sourcing actively for profiles and finding the best talent for our roles
Assisting with planning, organizing, and driving recruiting events, including on-site interviews, recruitment fairs, meet-up ect.
Taking part in various projects and tasks related to employer branding, workshop planning, working with social media, communication materials, benchmarking analysis, etc.
Ad-hoc tasks, administration and research

What we are looking for...
You are enrolled in a higher semester of a Marketing, HR, Communications or Business degree
You have a keen interest in Talent acquisition and HR and some previous experience within Recruitment
You are a good team player with excellent communication skills and very good command of English
You thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude – even when the pressure is on
You have a strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning
Full-time available for 6 months.
